Description
PHILLIP NAVIASKY (British 1894-1983)
Naviasky was the youngest ever student to be accepted at the Royal Academy School at the age of 13.
He won a Royal Exhibition Award and studied at the Royal College of Art.
He taught for many years at Leeds College of Art.
